A Merry Christmas Post

A Very Merry Christmas to every single one of you who have come to visit this blog 🙂

I know it isn’t a very seasonal drawing but I just happen to have finished this one and I thought you might want a peek.

Thank heavens for this Moleskine sketchbook – it’s small enough to sit downstairs with quite comfortably.

I changed the look of the blog a little but I can’t find just the right theme.

And here is a photograph to show scale…

  1. Wishing you a very Happy Christmas!! The drawings are lovely, I’m always in awe in how you work the details with hair and fabrics. I noticed my comment in your last post didn’t stick, but I wanted to say was that its really good to see you back and you’re doing so well.

Merry Christmas Stew and may the new year bring you lots of joy, good health and peace… And you’ll draw a ton : )

    1. Hello Mari. Thank you for taking a look at my drawings.

  2. Happy New Year Stew!! So glad you are back! It is wonderful to see all of your work. The sailor *(soldier) is just right in his glaring gnarliness! And I love the woman and her owl.

    1. Hello Dan.
      Happy New Year Mate!
I’ve just been to your blog – I saw you had a new post via EDM. And then notice you had written a reply here.
Whatever you do this year, don’t give up drawing, painting and blogging.
If anyone wants to nip round to see Dan’s blog (and you should 🙂 ), here is the link…
Thanks for taking a look Dan 🙂

  3. I haven’t been spending much time in my WP space but I know what you mean about the many themes on offer, choosing one can be a bit of a nightmare at times but I think that you have chosen well with this one, and your drawing is brilliant 🙂 Have a great day today Stew.
